STP recomienda que no enviemos ordenes durante la hora de corte de Banxico: 6PM hora local. Recomiendo no hacerlo desde 15 mins antes y hasta 15 mins después.

Los parámetros START_DOWNTIME y STOP_DOWNTIME se configuran en hora UTC pero tienen que ser cambiados manualmente con cada cambio de horario de verano. Si no se hace las ordenes quedan como AUTORIZADAS y STP no las liquida.
