In Webkit browsers, clicking the title does not activate cursor #70

I don't have Safari, but since Safari uses Webkit, i can duplicate this bug on a Webkit-based browser. Will see what I can do. |
Hmm, works for me in both Chrome and Safari on OSX 10.8.5. |
Scratch that - it works in Chrome and Safari in "edit paper" mode, not in "new paper" mode. |
Chrome uses Blink 😄 Hmm, Chrome has a few issues as well, but not as big as Webkit. |
