TO UPPERCASE not working in v1.6 #2

Hi!

After upgrade to 1.6 the «TO UPPERCASE» feature stop working.
I'v tried both latin and Cyrillic letters

At the same time the «to lowercase» is working pretty fine

in v1.4 everything works perfect. I'v forked repo and will try to downgrade

hope you can fix (or we can investigate and debug my case)

yep, can confirm the feature works after rollback to v1.4
