install_marx wrong include dir #842

install_marx is looking for the cfitsio include files in the ots/ directory

ciao-contrib/bin/install_marx

Line 148 in eaba8cc

    
           (./configure --prefix="$top/marx-${marx_ver}" --with-cfitsio=$ASCDS_INSTALL/ots && make)

which is 86'ed. It fails to build marxrsp , but doesn't report an error at the end.

script may go away anyway, but if not should fix at some point.
