Added mandatory data comparison between July and August OpenAIRE dumps into the mandatory data report. It is chapter Comparative Analysis of Metadata Completeness in OpenAIRE dumps. starting at page 18. Based on this chapter one paragraph summary was added to the conclusion:

"A comparative analysis of the completeness of metadata in the OpenAIRE dumps for July and August 2023 reveals positive trends and challenges. With a further influx of new research products, the proportion of missing mandatory metadata has decreased, indicating an improvement in data collection efforts. However, there has been an increase in the actual number of research products with incomplete metadata. Significant improvements were observed for other research products and datasets. The mandatory score analysis of results showed an increase in the level of research products in all categories. Despite challenges, this analysis suggests a gradual improvement in the quality of metadata and highlights the importance of continued vigilance and verification of the data provided by OpenAIRE in order to increase the availability and integrity of scientific content."
