Cmodules is disconnected ,can not be running on iot edge

Hello,
i'm using visual studio C language , when i create my edge solution and the exemple of documentation CModule when i execute the program all devices were running except the CModule that mention it's disconnected it can not connected on the iot hub and in the azureportail i have the 4 devices "agent hub and tempsensor they are running but the Cmodule is not .

i received this erreur: 500 - Une erreur s'est produite dans le runtime IoT Edge.
