Currently the console app reads a file named "backup-config.json" located in the same folder for loading configuration.

Add support for passing a parameter to the console Main method with a path to a custom configuration file and use "backup-config.json" as default.

update logic in Main method. Configuration file should load after logging is set up.
update README.md
