Your DNG file contains embedded thumbnail, deselect these 2 options to make sure ImageGlass loads the full RAW image content instead of the embedded thumbnail only.

To work with RAW, you should have selected the "Professional User" profile in the Quick Setup dialog.
This enables Color management and full RAW image content loading.

You can run this dialog again in Main Menu > Help > Quick Setup, or click on "Reset settings" link at the bottom left corner of ImageGlass Settings window

Thank you. But this is not answering the main question that Image Glass is incorectly shows this .DNG photo thumbnail. It shows it in incorrect landscape orientation. But Windows file explorer shows this thumbnail correctly - in portrait orientation. Could you please check this and fix in upcoming version as it seems an incorrect thumbnail RAW orientation bug in Image Glass for .DNG? As I use Image Glass mainly for fast RAW file viewing when sorting photo RAW folders.
Other thing is that Image Glass uses some weird and overbrighten exposure for some RAWs
Untitled
as when I open same RAW in DxO PhotoLab 7 editor - it shows original file not so bright..
