Debian 12 (bookworm): fakeroot and python3-all needed

I had to install the packages fakeroot and python3-all under Debian 12 (bookworm) for the build to work.

So it would be good to update this section:

Thanks for the hint. As I am currently adjusting the build to use poetry instead of setuptools I will probably have to adjust documentation for this once I figure out how to build debian packages with it.
