Request: File information improvements

We are trying to set up dcache-view as a general file access method for Swestore. There are a few things in the web GUI that we miss.

6. Display ACL:s
7. Edit ACL:s
8. Make which columns are shown and the order of them configurable. We don’t need “File location” but instead the ones above. Other sites may have other needs.
9. Also the previous point user configurable.

Apart from the first two, could you create separate issues for each of these items? I think the first two could be tackled together as a single issue.
