Change header and footer color

How can I add the header and footer color to black and the text in header and footer to golden? I can't identify the file that controls these parameters

There are some parameters in the _config.yml file that you can change. To have completely control over the text, you can either modify the file assets/css/beautifuljekyll.css or create your own custom CSS file
