Not working properly on Official Charts website #222

It doesn't work with some of the images on www.officialcharts.com for the singles thumbnails. E.g. It thinks http://live.chartsdb2.occ.drawgroup.com/img/small?url=/images/artwork/8abc43c58acec665df484f21bc4eb852.jpg should be http:///images/artwork/8abc43c58acec665df484f21bc4eb852.jpg so get an error. The correct URL is http://live.chartsdb2.occ.drawgroup.com/images/artwork/8abc43c58acec665df484f21bc4eb852.jpg
