From version 3.2.1 (3.2b6) on sound has been removed for webm pop-ups with no optional choice to turn it back on.

Please consider at least adding an option in about:config for turning sound back on, because not everybody will see this as a feature. E.g. I had to downgrade to 3.2beta5 to make WEBMs work again.
