Can't seem to get it working.

Hi. I am new to using this plugin but have been looking at it for years at this point since Pazer ran it. I have been trying all the information from that was provided through issue requests on the previous and even still I cannot get it running. I have tested it specifically with the Essentials.TF hud. I look in console and it says the addon didn't run. Unsure what I am doing wrong when I have run in insecure mode like they said. I have also removed all custom files and still no change.

@H20Gamez This version of CE will no longer work with TF2 64-bit. Instead use DrUnderscore's CastingEssentialsNext.
I've also updated the EssentialsHUD repository readme to link to CastingEssentialsNext.
