Peaks aren't always detected correctly when analysing spans. Sometimes a detected peak belongs to the same period instead of to the next one, as seen in screenshot. A fix that would help in most cases would be taking the measured fundamental period and passing it to the findpeaks function using MINPEAKDISTANCE, instead of using a fixed minimum distance.
