backup and restore to a new computer?

i have a lot of saved chats (and their share links) and i was wondering how i could backup and restore these data in the event i get a new computer

I tried it below and, at least for now, it works well.
I use docker compose environment.

First, I tried to backup Mongodb and vectordb(Postgres).
Copy their backup files and .env file to a new PC.
Then, docker compose up mongodb and vectordb and restore backups.
Finaly, compose up all containers.

Here's how I was able to backup and restore mongodb:

# Backup LibreChat db:
docker exec -i chat-mongodb \
  mongodump --archive --gzip \
    --db LibreChat > "./LibreChat-backup-$(date +"%Y-%m-%d").gz"

# Restore in new environment:
docker exec -i chat-mongodb \
  mongorestore --archive --gzip \
    --drop --db LibreChat < ./LibreChat-backup-2025-01-01.gz
#  Note the --drop ^ it will delete everything before starting!!!!
