OpenAI o1 Errors

What happened?

I recently am testing the OpenAI o1 model and noticed quite many bugs like this:

When I retry several times then it works if I am lucky somehow, but it is annoying.

Steps to Reproduce

1. be sure to have OpenAI Tier 5
2. use o1 with multiple promts
3. notice the error

Can't reproduce this on OpenAI Tier 5

@danny-avila yeah I guess you will need heavier promts and repromts to get the error. Like this conversation style mine is also ok.
