when i open the system of DEV env with my main user ([email protected])-
i get a blank page
also after ctr+f5

but if i open the developer toll and refresh it uploads

it doesnt happens with other test users

@NoamQA okay thanks, probably another consequence of the caching
maybe you can try login with a different browser to verify this (same user with different browser should work if this is the issue)

yes it works in another browser
