<h1>Biography</h1>
<!-- <p>I am now an Assistant Professor at National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (<a href="http://www.nlpr.ia.ac.cn/en/" target="_blank">NLPR</a>), Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (<a href="http://english.ia.cas.cn/" target="_blank">CASIA</a>), working with Prof. <a href="https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=Wl4tl4QAAAAJ&hl=zh-CN" target="_blank">Weiming Hu</a>’s team: <a href="http://vslab.ia.ac.cn/en/" target="_blank">Vision & Security Lab</a>. Prior to that, I received a Ph.D in pattern recognition and intelligent system in 2020, under the supervision of Prof. <a href="https://bfan.github.io/" target="_blank">Bin Fan</a> and Prof. <a href="https://www.researchgate.net/lab/Chunhong-Pan-Lab" target="_blank">Chunhong Pan</a>.</p> -->
<p>Dario Guevara received his BS degree in electronics and control engineering from
Escuela Politécnica Nacional, Quito, Ecuador, in 2016. From 2017 to 2021, he pursued
his PhD from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Universidad Técnica Federico
Santa María, Valparaíso, Chile. Since June 2021, he is working as a Postdoctoral scholar
at the University of California Davis. He is currently working on the development of
artificial intelligence low-cost sensors that can be used for determining the stress in
specialty crops.</p>
<p>I have wide research interests in Computer Vision and Remote Sensing, with a focus on 3D Point Cloud Processing, Image Segmentation, Video Understanding, Object Detection and Multi-Label Visual Recognition driven by Deep Learning. </br></p>
