List all task configurations in a floating window

Context

Users should be able to view all task configurations in a floating window for convenience. There should be also be support for viewing each config individually with a keymap, and obviously a keymap to exit the window.

Down the line, various callbacks can be attached to each listed config allowing interactive behavior with this window. This is the starting point for the final launcher interactive UI window.
