TSSE score appropriate cutoff

First of all, I really appreciate with your great pipeline !
I'm analyzing my own data which the raw file is aligned to mm10 (totally used Refgenie asset for mm10).

When calculating the TSSE score, I wonder what reference is calculated when using the refgenie asset for mm10. Is the TSS annotation come from 'Refseq mm10 annotation?'.

If not, I want to know about the appropriate TSSE score cutoff for mm10 (and hg38)
