Not able to launch Streamlit app #7

I have followed the instructions but could not launch the streamlit app. Any idea how to proceed?

I have already tried to install both the psycopg & psycopg-pool library.

Did you receive any errors when installing the psycopg or psycopg_pool packages? The error message would indicate that psycopg is not installed. Did you make sure to install the current version of psycopg and not psycopg2?
