Conversation with @DBCerigo and @ali-tny on 30th Sep 2021

Notes on ideas/possibilities discussed:

  • Partners and members are different from subcontractors

  • Subcontractors have a 15% commission on their work that goes into the dvp shared pot. They are told about this commission. It is charged to the client.

    • If we need to fill a gap it is a subcontractor
  • We are looking for partners and members very slowly the aim should be to find people that we 100% believe are datavaluepeople people

  • Training program:

  • We can do a training program in which we pay a salary for a year to train someone up, this can then be how we train juniors

@andrewsutjahjo what do you think?
