How can I make the blog my homepage?

In the standard blog installation I have a home page and the blog as an additional page. I would like to define the blog as the homepage. Is that possible?

Add this to the front matter of your /content/1-home/page.md:

Layout: blog-start
LayoutNew: blog

and this to the front matter of your /content/2-blog/page.md:

Redirect: https://your.url
Status: unlisted

and also within the /content/2-blog/page.md you have to change the value of Layout: from blog-start to default.

With the result that I end up with error 404 when I access the home page. The home page is still in the menu (selected) and the blog has disappeared.

It shouldn't be like that.

If you no longer need the start page, you can simply delete the content/1-home/ folder. The blog is then the new start page.
