I see time goes by and the beta never ends ...
To what extent is the beta version stable?
I think that with the time that has passed it should be stable, right?
Should I be using the beta version? (I currently use version 8)

From what I've heard, the v10 beta 52 version is just v8 with support for more HDDs, and beta 53 has experimental code that is more buggy. If v8 is working for you, just stick with it, and if not, try updating to v10 beta 52. It's technically "stable" because there aren't many problems with it, afaik.
