pls help me to fix the Problem :/ it all happened after reinstalling IOS someone told me to ask someone to extract their cios patched IOS and someone also told me to get the IOS with showmii I would appreciate every help

You can't start from that link. You have to start from https://wii.guide/
It sounds like you used a video guide and then went to the Wii guide because someone told you you were doing it wrong. Please don't even consider video guides.
If you're adverse to starting over at the beginning of the guide, use modmii. Modmii is easier because it literally creates a custom guide.

If you're still having problems, do a syscheck and upload your syscheck.csv to this issue.
