Another thing we may add is the Personal Style Scales (PSS) . Such a scale is correlated well with the model I provided, and we have data on the correlation of style per occupation. TL;DR: Roles/jobs/archetypes from a Psychology perspective . The benefit of Holland's RIASEC model is discussed. (AKA Strong interest Inventory)
INTRODUCTION:
Reliability/Validity. Researchers have already maps thousands on occupations via these constructs/Archetypes. We have easy and free access to the information via

This information includes types of jobs, their roles, skills, ECT. You can all do the exams for free too if you are ever interested
A example of a computer scientist is cited below.

MODEL:
Holland's RIASEC model is associated with specific job/roles that best suit the characteristics of that type. Here's a list of job types typically associated with each RIASEC construct:
A computer scientist would fit underneath the I and C constructs.
Realistic (R):
Investigative (I):
Artistic (A):
Social (S):
Enterprising (E):
Conventional (C):
Discussion:
I believe this model is more appropriate than the more well known Big Five personality traits (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness)
I don't think we should be looking to create what psychologist call "personality" this early. I think Holland's General Occupational Themes (GOTs) may be more appropriate first.
For those that are interested in the Big Five- the GOTs listed above are correlated with the big five model.
