Hey Keiran,
I have found that it's difficult to see the green A-peaks under a
G-highlighted base (eg. Het sub). I've altered the colour in our local
copy, but I'm not a registered developer to check it back in. I can get
Menzies to add it if you'd rather that than make me a developer....let me
know ;-p. I've also found that in some extreme cases the trace appears flat
(i.e. I need to tweak the vertical scaling a wee bit)!

Hi Dave,
The peak colours can be a right pain, make sure you check that they are visible
after the changes on a laptop, standard LCD monitor and possibly a CRT (I
assume
Simon still has that huge one on his desk). I know there was even a major
difference between the viao and the mac laptops.
Regarding the scaling, it depends if you are using local scaling or global
scaling.
If you are rendering a portion of a trace you should be using the option with
scales
to only the peaks being displayed, please make sure that you check this before
making any changes. If you need any more detail let me know.
Keiran
