Add setting to allow user to select a fixed time delay after device has finished moving, before taking photo. This is to help prevent blurring issues when shooting in dark conditions or using auto-exposure mode.

Suggestion is to add setting from 0.0 seconds to maximum of 3.0 seconds with 0.5 second steps.
Default value is set to 0.0 thus rendering new setting virtually non-visible to users who don't need it.
