Add an option for "responsibles" to be a team and not a list of individuals

Currently if I need to assign a measurement to multiple persons, I need to type them all, and if someone joins my team, I have to edit every measurements to add the joiner. Same if someone changes team, I would need to remove him from all measurements and add him to the new ones.
If I can define teams (cyber security, infra, governance...) then I can assign the measurements to the responsible team and easily deal with joiners or leavers by adding/removing people from the team.
