Run a TerriaMap/NationalMap instance next to DBCA's CKAN (prod) and configure DBCA's CKAN as data source in addition to all other known data sources (in-house, WA, national).

Solve CORS issues.
Auth'n: DBCA staff should be able to view the NMap in browser from public internet, but behind DBCA SSO. CKAN datasets should display for DBCA staff from both public internet and inside DBCA intranet.
