Current problem in dev (CKAN running on localhost:5000): xloader cannot access the resource url (http://localhost:5000/.../xxx.csv).
Could work in prod!

It does indeed work in UAT, given datastore read_url and write_url are set correctly (no typos) in ckan.ini.
