元々の問い合わせ文の内容を書き換えて再度検索を行うなどの方法を取る

LLMによるコンテキストを用いた回答生成と同時、もしくはその直後に根拠資料が回答を行うのに十分であるかを判定する処理を追加する
不十分と判定された場合には、Azure Bing Search APIによる検索結果をコンテキストとして与えて、再度回答の生成を試みる
この際、Azure Bing Search APIが引用元の場合もURLを引用元として表示できるようにする。
