Rewrite grading scripts to use auto-updating grader Docker image

Right now the grading and setup images must be rebuilt whenever there is an update. However, it would be nice if we could just rewrite them so that we can put the scripts in a directory executed by the grader Docker image. See Grader documentation, section Advanced usage.
