Introduction

The month of July marked a period of substantial progress and achievement, despite a temporary setback. Despite a delay in submitting the July report due to health reasons, I am back on track, and I am now ready to immerse myself in DCDAO's work once again. In this report, I will highlight the significant accomplishments and their impact on our ongoing initiatives.

1. Multisig Wallet Enhancements

a. Deployment on Darwinia and Crab: In July, I took the initiative to ensure the secure deployment of safe contracts on the Darwinia and Crab networks.

b. PR Merge with Contract Addresses: I am pleased to report that the PRs were successfully merged containing the contract addresses for Darwinia and Crab into the official Safe repositories. This integration not only enhances the visibility of our multisig wallet on these networks but also ensures a more streamlined development process.

c. DSafe Contract Interaction Support: Another significant milestone achieved in July was providing support for contract interaction on DSafe. This feature opens up new possibilities for seamless integration with other contracts, ultimately enhancing the usability and utility of DSafe.

2. Staking Data Analysis Board via Subscan

I created a staking data analysis board using the Subscan open platform. This board enables us to gain valuable insights into staking activities, helping us make informed decisions and optimize our staking strategies. 3. DCDAO Profiles NFT Migration and DSafe Wallet Migration

After the ongoing development we could use DSafe on Darwinia, also we have migrated the multisig wallet to Darwinia to support subsequent migration of Profiles NFT. Thanks to Echo’s effort of migrating Profiles NFT contract from Ethereum to Darwinia, after which I successfully mint NFT to all our members.

4. Automatically Propose Transaction to DSafe for NFT minting

I made significant enhancements to the Profiles repository, automating the generation of minting transactions directly into the multisig wallet. This script leverages the information from the release.md and release_ipfs.md to gather complete data, which simplifies the process for minting transactions, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.

Conclusion

The accomplishments during the month of July have significantly contributed to the advancement of our projects. From strengthening the multisig wallets to facilitating smoother interactions with contracts and improving the overall user experience, my work has had a positive impact on our initiatives. Moving forward, I am committed to maintaining this momentum and continuing to deliver high-quality results in the upcoming months.

August Plan

This month, I will continue to upgrade the Profiles repository, enabling automatic initiation of multisig transactions after merging new member PRs through CI/CD. I will also collaborate with activities on Galaxy, including the release of new NFT contracts and the distribution of NFT rewards. Additionally, I will maintain communication with Galaxy to facilitate the integration between Darwinia and Galaxy. Furthermore, I will write an article comparing various data analytics platforms(Subscan Open Platform, Dune, DappLooker, etc), providing insights into their level of support for Darwinia.
