Hi,
I have used your pre-compiled binaries with great success on the esp32.
Wondering if its possible to port to esp8266/esp01 chips? That way more compact mesh networks can be made.
I had no luck with the other repo which you have expaned upon. Even after uploading the bins, esp8266 doesnt show up on wifi at all.
Thanks

Hello,

unfortunately I don't have the time to adapt this for the ESP8266 /ESP01. The effort is enormous and in my opinion the ESP32 is the better device in all respects (number of connections, bandwidth, stability, ...)
If you are referring to martin-ger's project, then your setup does not seem to be correct. I was able to flash an old Esp8266 with the latest bins.

Regards,
Danny
