Dynamic stores support

Please add support for dynamic stores in liberation as it is now native in DCS.

A script could export base inventory to a .txt file following each mission as an immediate work around as dynamic stores can be activated in ME with no interference to liberation script.

but ultimately rollover inventory will add another strategic aspect of liberation, as well as the possibility to influence stores if cargo planes/chinooks are destroyed enroute.

Im aware there is the CTDL support but Im unable to confirm if this is linked in anyway shape or form to the new dynamic stores
