Sounds like TALDs need their strike point to be placed somewhere beyond the target so they overfly the target rather than hitting the ground at or before it.

#344 is probably also something to fix when doing this.

The target is the group, not the group location (at least it is now), but it appears that AI F-14s will launch their TALDs immediately upon reaching the ingress point, regardless of the distance to the target. By pure coincidence our default 40nm ingress points work well for their current altitude, so nothing to really do here. Seems increasing the ingress altitude would help, but that's #270
