We have a possible fix for this by turning off some services at boot and disabling the brownout detector. Will push new firmware "soon"

In testing I've found version 1.2.4 of Arduino1306.h reduces the occurrence of this bug. On later versions of the library the screen ends up not even coming on sometimes. With this version of the library it will glitch on first boot, but then seems to work fine afterwords.
