          If this feature was compatible with the [banners](https://github.com/noatpad/obsidian-banners) plugin that would be super cool

@a-rock-lobster, basic cover image support with the banner tag should be implemented in 1.37.0. Please try it out.

Hey, sorry for delay on this. I've checked it out and first impressions are it's very good! The only possible improvement I can see so far is if the banner plugin alignment in the frontmatter could somehow be reflected in the vault explorer. But still, very cool 👍🏻 I look forward to giving it a proper trial
