SDK: Expose query parameters

One feature that has been asked a lot, is to add the ability for scenes to read query parameters. Even though it might not make sense in a production environment, it would help a lot during development.

Personal note: it might make sense to call them Environment Parameters when exposed thorough the SDK, since there will be no query parameters on non web platforms
