Why are links related to deepcase located in deeplinks migrations? #281

Why are links related to deepcase located in deeplinks migrations?
Should deepcase links installed separately when using deepcase?
I have came to this question cause of this issue: deep-foundation/documentation#16

I am not actually sure in this. Maybe they are located in deepcase package which is preinstalled just for easy-to-use

@FreePhoenix888 this link may work not only in Deep Case, yet at the moment, yes, it is in core and used only by Deep.Case, I think we can move this link to deep-case package.

@ivansglazunov do you have any objections?
