Hermes build-231130 error in System --> System Updates

Attempting to install update in Hermes build-231130 via the Web GUI System --> System Updates results in the following error:

CAUSE

Issue is caused by new code in release 231130 that deprecates System Updates via the Web GUI. Additionally, System Updates have been moved to the Hermes SEG Community version which means a Hermes SEG Pro is no longer a requirement for System Updates. The Web GUI System --> System Updates page will be updated to reflect the new changes in upcoming release 240815.

FIX
