Single Administration Page

Instead of showing so many options in the Action bar (admin,permissions,profile,edit, etc ) , it will be preferred to click on a simple link "Administration" to get to a page where all the options will be displayed. So that the action bar is not populated with many options and even it can be completely removed from the site also in case it doesn't fits well with the template.

Also since not all users may demand this, a setting should be put under Global Settings to enable/disable this feature.
