Add support param to job_template_launch #49

job_template_launch can launch a job template. However, if we want to send custom limit, extra_vars, job_tags, inventory or credential it's not possible due to this lack.

Can you add the support of this params ?
(api documentation: ansible-tower)

The limit, extra_vars, and inventory attributes have been introduced in the release with 3e4ab25.
