(Q1) Will these be single awards? Or is there a scenario where the VA might be awarding the same microconsulting task to multiple suppliers?
(A1) There may be instances where multiple awards are made from one posting. We will attempt to highlight those opportunities within each posting for industry awareness.

(Q2) Would participation in one of these microconsulting solicitations present any type of OCI on future Lighthouse work? For example, if someone is awarded the API Analysis & Roadmap task would they be precluded from doing any API build work in the future?
(A2) There could be work performed under a microconsulting effort that presents an OCI on future work. Specific questions should be sent directly to the contracting officer for discussion as each OCI is fact specific.

(Q3) Can any individual or company submit a response? Any restrictions around who is eligible to receive a contract award from the VA?
(A3) Any company or individual may submit a response, but the entity would need to have a DUNS and be registered in SAM for payment purposes.
