Description

The DUW Product Guide needs to be updated with the fast follow changes (CAIA/Staging Collab/DADT) and submitted to the Contact Center group for review/approval.

Note: I'm unable to access the working copy that the contact center provided after the last review, so have messaged them in Slack.

Here is the working document:

Acceptance criteria

  • The DUW Product Guide has been updated
  • The DUW Product Guide has been submitted to the contact center for review/approval
  • Product Guide has been approved and new working copy link provided; added to Github here
