Identify gaps & next steps in contractor research onboarding

Problem statement
In our research principals discussions, we identified that there may be inconsistencies and gaps to how contractors are being onboarded to OCTO research processes. To make sure researchers have all the information they need to conduct rigorous UX research, we need to identify onboarding gaps.

Definition of done
[ ] Conduct a comprehensive audit of research onboarding materials for contractors
[ ] Create a list of gaps to address
[ ] Create a list of next steps & assignees to address gaps

Monthly updates

• 11/21: began reviewing onboarding materials on Platform website, and OCTOPUS for comparison. Learned the platform team is in the midst of revising onboarding materials. Set up a call w/ Naomi to learn more.
• 11/26: met with Naomi and confirmed this work is not duplicative of their efforts. Their orientation revisions are more about the platform orientation GH ticket. Also met w/ Robyn and Lois to confirm our work is not duplicative.
