Frameworks must be embedded

Hi!

I just tried cloning and running this awesome project and I ran into an issue where the app would launch but crashed soon after. I just did some looking around and found that none of the frameworks built are embedded within the App target (see below).

So I changed "Embed" option of all the frameworks to "Embed & Sign" and did a clean build and it worked like a charm. Just wanted to know if this was a step that's required or I did something wrong on my end. See the last screenshot for the final setting on the framework embedding option.
