Download Folder autorefresh

Hi,

tested all recent dev versions and latest stable. When Explorer++ is opened with Download Folder and i download a file, it have some problems. In the latest dev there is the tmp file created from the Browser but never renamed after download is finished, only when i press F5. In older dev versions there is the real named File, but the tmp file isnt deleted, also with F5 it is gone.

Would be great if you can fix this. I use portable mode and Windows 11, 64 Bit version.
